Suspending and activating alerts
You can suspend an alert temporarily, which stops the email notifications. To re-activate the Alert, use Resume.
- Right-click the Alert to suspend and click Suspend.
The Suspend Alert dialogue box appears.
- Type or select the date from the calendar that you want to suspend the alert until. You can also leave it blank.
- Click OK.
The alert is suspended and the date you entered appears in the field Suspend Until in the view pane.
Re-activating suspended Alerts
- Right-click the alert to re-activate and click Resume.
Content Manager removes the date from the field Suspended From in the view pane and the alert is active again.
