Suspending and activating alerts

You can suspend an alert temporarily, which stops the email notifications. To re-activate the Alert, use Resume.

  1. Right-click the Alert to suspend and click Suspend.

    The Suspend Alert dialogue box appears.

  2. Type or select the date from the calendar that you want to suspend the alert until. You can also leave it blank.
  3. Click OK.
    The alert is suspended and the date you entered appears in the field Suspend Until in the view pane.

Re-activating suspended Alerts

  1. Right-click the alert to re-activate and click Resume.
    Content Manager removes the date from the field Suspended From in the view pane and the alert is active again.
