Viewing tracked records

You can view the records tracked during a census or after it has been completed.

Three methods are provided to view records by their status in the census.

NOTE: If viewing the records tracked during a census that has been completed, the warning message Note that Assignee changes made since this census was completed may affect the relevance of this search appears.

  1. On the Manage ribbon, click Census
  2. Right-click the census item you want to view records for and click Records.

    The Records in Census dialogue box appears.

  3. In the Show Records section, select the type of records you want to view by their status in the census:
    • Records within the scope of this Census - displays all the records that satisfy the Location and date requirements of the census
    • Records not yet found during this Census - displays all records that satisfy the Location and date requirements of the census but that have not yet been relocated
    • Records that have been relocated as part of the Census processing - displays all records that satisfy the Location and date requirements of the census and that have been relocated to the selected Location or a Location within it during the date range of the census.

      NOTE: It will not display records that have been relocated to a Location that is not included in the census.

  4. Click OK.

    Content Manager displays the records.
