Maintenance of storage space

The Space management function gives you access to records that are within the storage space.

1. From the Manage ribbon, select Spaces.

   The Spaces - top dialogue box appears.

2. Click the expand symbol in front of a top level item to display the lower level items.

   Using right-click - Customise in the view pane, the dialogue box can display the Space usage details that have been defined and the space that is available.

   NOTE: When the amount of available space is zero for a particular level, then that Location is full.

   Right-click to view the functions available.

3. To view the use details, select a level and then the Space Usage tab.

4. Select the Additional tab to set any Additional Field details.
