Post in this Folder command
Content Manager in Outlook can use the Post in this Folder function in Microsoft Outlook to create and then check into Content Manager.
This function in Outlook enables users to post information - discussions etc - to public folders.

Once you have created a post in this folder email, you can check it into Content Manager using the standard Content Manager check in options.
- From Microsoft Outlook's File menu, select New - Post in this Folder.
An Untitled Discussion email dialogue box appears.
- The email will be sent to your Inbox by default
- Enter the Subject and email contents
- Select an Outlook Category if required
- Once completed, from the email File menu, select Post.
The email will be sent to your Inbox.
- Check in the email in Content Manager using the standard check in options
