Postal codes shortcut menu

The shortcut menu specific to postcodes, available from the Postal Codes windows:

• New Postal Code - create new postcodes.

• Copy Postal Code - copy a selected postcode.

  See Copying postal codes.

• Delete - delete the selected postcode.

  See Removing postal codes.

• Properties - view and/or modify the selected postcode's properties.

  See Modifying postal codes.
