Record request report
Content Manager enables users with a certain level of access in the dataset to search for records requested by users.
This enables administrators to locate and dispatch these requested Records to the users requesting them.

- Search for requests and resubmits using Manage - Record Requests.
This will display the Record Requests window.
- To refine the list, right-click and on the Search menu, click Refine Search.
Enter a request date range to list requests that were made within a certain period of time.
You can further refine the list to only a particular request Location, e.g. a staff member, or those records with a specific Home Location, including records in the Space management system.
- Select or tag the requests or resubmits you want to print
- Right-click and on the Send To menu, click Print Report.
The Report - Record Request dialogue appears.
This will only contain the Record Requests report layout which has been designed for printing request reports.
This report lists records that have requests or Resubmits placed upon them by the nominated person.
Basic details included in the default report are:
- Request date
- Record number
- Assignee
- Assignee phone
- Requester
- Requester phone
- Click Print.
Content Manager prints the report.
