Send To options
Content Manager enables you to send details about a record and other Content Manager items like Locations with an attached electronic document, if applicable, to the following destinations:
- Mail Recipient - starts your email to send a reference to the record or the record as attachment by email.
- Make Reference - creates a Content Manager reference file.
- Print Report - prints the selected item.

- Print Document - prints the attached electronic document.
- Print Merge - sends data to a print merge document.

- Web Publisher - creates Web pages out of Content Manager items.

- Export XML - exports data in XML format.

- Favourites - sends selected items to your Favourites shortcuts bar.
- Add To Recent Documents - sends selected record with electronic document to your Recent documents shortcuts bar.
- Add To Records Work Tray - sends selected items to your Records Work tray.

- Add To User Label - displays the Content Manager user labels for you to select one to apply to the item.
