Workflow template Activity Start Conditions page
This page allows you to set functional rules for when the Activity is due to start.
The Start Conditions are based on the results of a previous Activity.
Right-click an existing condition for the options:
- Copy - copies the condition to the clipboard to paste it e.g. into a document
- Delete - removes the start condition
- Properties - to edit the start condition
Creating a start condition
- Right-click and click New Start Condition.
The New Start Condition dialogue box appears.
- Depends on the following Activity - select from the drop-down box
- Having the following Result - the outcome of the previous Activity that will initiate the current Activity.
If the conditions are met, the Activity will be Ready to Start.
- This is an optional condition - select to set up multiple conditions.
You must specify at least two conditions for this to work.
The Activity will start if either one of the two conditions is met.
If you do not select this option, the condition will be mandatory, which means it must be met before the Activity will start.
- Click OK.
Content Manager saves the new start condition.
