Workflow Activity status indicators

The state buttons on the Activity vary according to the status of the Activity.

Click these buttons to display different dialogue boxes according to the status:

Red crossed circle Activity is Not Ready to Start. Its conditions are not met

Iccon with a white check mark on green background Activity is Ready to Start

Green circle with arrows Activity has been Started

Orange circle with exclamation mark Activity is overdue. Any Activity you create that has no due time is in this state, because the due date defaults to current time.

Turquoise circle with waves Activity has been completed.

Blue circle with horizontal line Activity has been skipped. You can view but not modify any of the Activity details.

Lilac On/Off button Activity is suspended or inherited a suspension from an earlier Activity's suspension.

Blue pause button The Ready to Resume icon appears on an Activity when its suspension time has lapsed and the Activity is yet to be completed.

Red circle with question mark Activity has been completed and is now waiting for authorisation
