Working with record properties
You can add, edit, view, and remove record properties.
Viewing record properties
To view record properties, perform the following steps:

Navigate to the record for which you want to view the properties. You can use the search box search for the record.

Click More option of the record, a context menu is displayed.

Select Properties option. The record properties are displayed.
Adding record properties
Use Add properties option to add more properties than what is already available on the record properties page.
To add properties, perform the following steps:

Navigate to the record for which you want to add more properties.

Click More option of the record, a context menu is displayed.

Select Properties option to display the record properties.

Click More option in the record properties page and then select Edit Properties.

In the Edit properties page, click Add properties.
A list of all the properties that are not available on the record properties page is displayed. Either tick Select All check box or tick the check box of the individual property.

Click Add.
The record properties page is displayed with the properties you added.
Editing record properties
NOTE: Users with appropriate permissions can edit the record properties.
Currently, the record properties that you can edit are Title (Free Text Part), Assignee, and Container.
To edit record properties, perform the following steps:

Navigate to the record for which you want to edit the properties.

Click More option of the record, a context menu is displayed.

Select Properties option to display the record properties.

Click More option in the record properties page and then select Edit Properties.

Select or enter new value for Title (Free Text Part), Assignee, or Container properties.
NOTE: Emojis are not supported for record Title (Free Text Part).

Click Apply.
The record properties page is displayed with updated properties.
Removing record properties
Use Remove properties option if you do not want certain properties to be visible on the record properties page.
To remove properties, perform the following steps:

Navigate to the record for which you want to remove properties.

Click More option of the record, a context menu is displayed.

Select Properties option to display the record properties.

Click More option in the record properties page and then select Remove properties.
A list of all the properties currently visible on the record properties page is displayed.

Uncheck the check box of the property you want to remove.

Click Remove.
The record properties page is displayed without the properties you chose to be removed.
NOTE: You cannot remove unique number and the title of the record from the properties. For example, record number, record title, schedule number, category number, title, category title etc.
