Sorting the record list

You can sort the record list based on the name, record number, date registered, or modified in an ascending or descending order.

The sort options may vary depending on the page you are accessing the record list from. For example, the sort options for a search result list may vary from the sort options for viewing offline record list or checked out record list.

To sort the record list, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the record list you want to sort.

  2. Click the top left option, Modified or Downloaded or Name, based on the page your are accessing the record list from.

    The Sort By pop-up is displayed.

  3. Select the options based on the page your are on:

    1. General pages (Favourites, Recent Documents etc) - Name, Record Number, Registered, or Modified.

    2. Local items page (Downloaded Documents) - Name, Record Number, Downloaded, or Synced.

    3. Checked out page - Name, Record Number, or OneDrive.

  4. Click once on one of the Sort By options to sort the record list in ascending order and clicking again on the same option sorts the record list in descending order. An icon indicating the sort order is displayed next to the sort by option.

    The record list page also reflects the sort order and the sort by option you chose. For example, if you have sorted the record list by Record Number in ascending order, then the top left of the record list page displays up arrow with Record Number.
