About Location Usage permissions

You can use this set of permissions to determine how other users can use a Location.

• Can be Record Home - can be used in the field Home
• Can be Record Owner - can be used in the field Owner
• Can be Record Assignee - can be used in the field Assignee

  NOTE: When you modify a user's login and take away one of the permissions Can be Record Home, Can be Record Owner or Can be Record Assignee, it will not affect any records already set to that Location.

• Can be Record Contact - can be used in the record Properties - Contact tab
• Can be Record Requestor - can be used in the record Properties - Requests tab
• Can be Action/Activity Assignee - can be used in Workflow module Assignee fields
• Can be Activity Supervisor - can be used in Workflow module Supervisor fields
• Can be Assigned to an Access Control - can be used in Access Controls tabs
• Can be Record Editor - to be an editor of a record, you need the Can be Record Editor permission and you also need the Update Document access control for the record
• Can be Record Reviewer - used for the Document Review function
• Can be Record Authoriser - used for the Document Authoriser function
