Automatic rendition capture and extraction

When checking in an electronic attachment and saving the record, Content Manager can also capture related renditions of the original document and save them on the record. This is based on the File Type settings in System Options Documents Types page.

These settings enable the Content Manager administrator to set Content Manager to check the directory of the original document for rendition files with the same name, and save them on the record as renditions when they are the specified rendition type.
