Metadata tab

The Send Message dialogue box - Metadata tab displays the list of fields available for a record that can be sent to an email destination.

• Add to Message Body as text - inserts the record's metadata in the email message rather than as an attachment to the email
• Attach to Message as a Separate Document - attaches the metadata to the email as a separate document, rather than as part of the email's text

• Use Email Template - inserts data in the email message based on the Send record to mail recipient email template.

  NOTE: For this option to be available, make sure that the Send record to mail recipient email template is available.
