Consignments
Content Manager has a feature called Advanced Disposal Processing. This feature provides more functions to identify the records for disposal, review consignments, manage disposition conflicts, collect approval and carry out the disposal for the organisation's record archivist. If your organisation utilises this feature and you have responsibilities for approving Consignments, you will have the Consignments option available in the Masthead menu.
The Consignments option in the Web Client allows Consignment Approvers the ability to Approve or Reject a Consignment, as well as view associated records.
Please see Tag and Task for information about applying tasks to multiple Consignments.
