Workflow options

The work flow options allows you to initiate workflow, attach action and view attached actions and procedures for the selected record. The options displayed in the Workflow drop-down depends on the status of the workflow for the record. The following are some of the options:

Initiate workflow from template - initiate a workflow based on an existing template for the selected record. See Initiating a Workflow.

Attach action - allows you to attach an action on a selected record. See Attaching a new Record Action.

Attached actions/procedures - list the actions and procedures attached to the selected record. If there are no actions or procedures attached to the record, click New to attach an action or a procedure. See Attaching a new Record Action.

Complete current action - complete the action for the record attached to. See Completing a Record Action.

Workflow - lists all the workflows. See Workflow.

To do item - lists all the to do item in the To do items pane. See To Do Items.
