Tag and Task
Tagging in Content Manager Web Client enables you to select multiple items and apply the same action to them, for example, tag a number of records and change their Assignee.
To tag an item in the Content Manager Web Client, click in the check box next to the item.
To untag a selected item, click in the check box next to the item.
You can tag (or untag) all items on a page by clicking the Select/deselect all on current page check box in the pagination panel.
NOTE: To apply a task to multiple items, the task option on the relevant object panel must be used rather than the task option within an open item panel. If the task option on an open item is selected the change will only apply to the individual item, not all selected items.
NOTE: The task options on the relevant objects panel are displayed in the action panel on the right side.
