Searching
There are a number of methods to search for Content Manager objects from the Office Integrations.
Quick Search - this is a single search method and criteria option. See for Quick Search more information.
Search Editor - this is a search option that allows you to build a search using a single search clause, or to create more complex searches that includes multiple search clauses. See Search Editor for more information.
Prefix Searching - allows you to jump through a displayed list of results. See Prefix Search for more information.
Search Results lists
Searching from the Office Integrations displays a Select from... dialog which displays the search results in a list. These dialogs can be modified to suit your own requirements, see List panes and view panes for further information. From the Select from... dialogs Content Manager items can be updated. See for further information.
Refreshing your search
To refresh the displayed search results list, right-click on the Select from... dialog, click Search and then click Refresh Search. Alternatively, press the F5 key on your keyboard. This will update the current search results window.
