Content Manager Dataport
Dataport does not recognize fields from the import file that was created from an extract, preventing an update to the records
During export, you can choose which fields to include from the available property list. For "Record," make sure to add the expanded number to the list. This is the unique value for the records and helps you to select the required fields to export.
During import, you can map fields using either the "map pair" or "map all matching pair" options, and include additional required fields.
