NOTE: Because Content Manager does not have any control over the behavior of OneDrive, in MS Teams integration, exposed records can be modified by owner of the channel.
NOTE: Once we expose any record in the MS Teams, the document will be in OneDrive. There is no synchronization between the record in the Content Manager client and the document in the OneDrive after exposing it in MS Teams. Hence, the changes made to the document in the Content Manager client will not be reflected in the exposed record of the MS Teams. Only the increment to the revision number will be reflected in the exposed record of the MS Teams due to metadata property updates from the database.
Also, once the record is exposed, you cannot modify or edit the document associated with exposed record and Check In back to Content Manager client.
