Working with Workflow activities
Viewing the Workflow activities
To view the activities due, perform the following steps:

Click Activities Due from the Menu or Home page, if configured.
The Workflow activities assigned to you are listed in the Activities Due page in Ready to start and Incomplete tabs.
The list displays the name of the activity, name of the Workflow, status of the activity, and the due date.
Accessing the context menu of the activity
To access the context menu of the activity, perform the following steps:

Navigate to the Activities Due page, click More option of the activity to display the context menu.
The following are the context menu options:

Documents - displays a list of working records attached to the activity.

View notes - displays all the notes of the activity.
See Viewing the notes of the activity and Adding the notes to the activity.

Complete activity - changes activity status to Complete. (Available for Ready to start tab only)
NOTE: The View notes is the only context menu option available for the Inquiry user.

Viewing the list of working record(s) of the activity
To view the list of working records, perform the following:

Navigate to the Activities Due page, click More option of the activity for which you want to view the working record(s).

Click Documents from the context menu.
A list of working records is displayed for the activity.
Attaching an electronic document to the activity
NOTE: In Content ManagerMobile App you can only attach an electronic document to the existing working record(s) of the activity. You cannot add new working record for the activity.
To attach an electronic document, perform the following:

Navigate to the list of working record(s) for the activity.

Click More option of the working record where you want to attach an electronic document.

Click Attach Electronic Document from the pop-up, and then click Local Electronic File.

Click Record Type and select a Record Type from the list.

Enter the details for the form fields as required - Record Title and/or Container.

For Attachments, click Add to add Files, Photos, Videos, Take photo, or Take video.

Click Save.
The electronic document is attached to the working record of the activity.
Completing the activity
To complete the activity, perform the following:

Navigate to the Activities Due page, click More option of the activity you want to complete.

Click Complete activity from the context menu.
NOTE: If the Record must be associated before the activity can be completed option is enabled in the Content Manager client, make sure to associate a record to the activity before completing it. Else, you will be unable to complete the activity.
If the Record must be associated before the activity can be completed option is disabled but a working record is not associated with a record for the activity, then a pop-up is displayed. Click Complete anyway to complete the activity without associating the working record with a record.
The complete activity pop-up is displayed for the activity.
The result(s) displayed in the pop-up is the result defined in the Results tab of the activity in the Content Manager client. If the Only allow selection of 1 result option is enabled in the Content Manager client, the results are displayed as radio buttons and you can complete the activity by selecting one of the results. Else, the results are displayed as check boxes and you can complete the activity by selecting multiple results.
If there are no result(s) defined in the Content Manager client, a pop-up is displayed. Click Complete to complete the activity.
Viewing the notes of the activity
To view the notes of the activity, perform the following steps:

Click Activities Due and navigate to the list of activities assigned to you.

Click More option of the activity for which you want to view the notes.

Click View notes from the context menu.
All the notes associated with the activity are displayed in the Notes page.
Adding the notes to the activity
To add the notes to the activity, perform the following steps:

Navigate to the Notes page of the activity for which you want to add notes.

Click and type the notes in the text box. The Add note is enabled.

Click Add note.
The newly added note is appended to the bottom of the notes list with the user stamp.
Modifying the note settings
To modify the note settings of the activity, perform the following steps:

Navigate to the Notes page of the activity for which you want to change the note settings. See Viewing the notes of the activity.

Click Settings (top right). The Note Settings pop-up is displayed with Add note to top, Add note to bottom, and Include user stamp options.
By default, the notes are appended to the bottom of the notes list with user stamp.

Select the required Note Settings options.
The changes are applicable only for the current note you add. For the following notes, default settings are applied
