Location right-click options
On the Select from... dialogs, there is a right-click menu available for the listed items. The options that are available are dependent on the type of record is selected. The available options are also dependent on the way your Content Manager administrator has set up the database, as well as your level of access.
Right-click menu options that may be available are:
New Location - available from the Select from Locations dialog. Allows you to create a new Content Manager Location. See Creating Locations for details.
Search
- Refresh Search - click to reload the search results.
- Count - select this option to count the number of items in the current window.
- Saved Search As - select this option to save the search for future use. See Saving Searches for details.
- Notes - add or edit notes attached to Content Manager Locations. See Notes for details.
Security and Audit
- Security/Access - set or edit security and access permissions on Content Manager items. See Security and Access for objects for details.
- Favourites - adds the Location to your list of favourites.
- Add To User Label - displays the User Labels. From the displayed Select from User Labels dialog, select the required User Label and click OK.
- Remove from Favourites - removes the Location from your favourites
- Remove from User Label - removes the Location from User Labels. From the displayed Select from User Labels dialog, select the required User Label and click OK.
Properties - click Properties to display the Location's Properties dialog box.
