Report Items Available to Add dialogue box

  1. On the Home - Layouts menu, click Report and double-click a report.

    The Report Layouts dialogue box appears.

  2. On the View menu, click Available Items.

    The Items Available to Add dialogue box appears.

    Each band is a group of information; each piece of information in the group is called an item.

  3. To add an item to your report layout, select it and choose from the buttons below the list how you want the item to look on the page:
    • Data - adds the field data without a caption
    • Caption - adds the field caption, but not the data
    • Both - adds the field caption with the data to the right of the caption

      Most items have both a caption and data.

  4. You can move the field on the page by dragging it to where you want it.
