This section contains information regarding z/OS system installation procedures. Perform the procedures in this section if
you are installing
Data Express for z/OS for the first time.
Important: Before installing
Data Express, create an empty directory on your local machine, and extract the files contained in
zOS.zip, located on your installation media, into that directory. For the installation procedure, we refer to this newly created
directory as your
installation directory.
