Use this page to create a replica of this partition on another server.
Distinguished name of the partition to be replicated. If it's the wrong partition, cancel this dialog box and select the correct partition in the left pane.
Click the Browse button next to this field to select the server to create the new replica on.
Indicates that users can both read and modify the contents of the new replica. Select this option if there are no modifiable replicas close enough to the users who manage the eDirectory™ objects in this partition. Read/write replicas support bindery services.
Indicates that users can read but not modify the contents of the new replica. Select this option if there are no replicas close enough to the users who read but don't modify the eDirectory objects in this partition. Read-only replicas don't support bindery services.
NOTE: The options below are available only if this tree is running an eDirectory version that supports filtered replicas.
Indicates that users can both read and modify the contents of the new replica, and the contents are limited to the types of eDirectory objects and properties specified in a filter.
Indicates that users can read but not modify the contents of the new replica, and the contents are limited to the types of eDirectory objects and properties specified in a filter.
Lets you specify the types of eDirectory objects and properties that the new replica is limited to. This button is available only if you choose a filtered replica type.
