This property page lists basic server identification information. It also lists optional properties that facilitate searching for the Server object.
Specifies one or more additional (unofficial) names for the server. Each name can be up to 64 characters long. The names are stored as additional values of the Name property of the Server object.
Specifies one or more physical locations for the server. For example: Building A Network Closet. Each location can be up to 128 characters long, including punctuation.
Specifies one or more departments associated with the server. For example: Marketing. Each department name can be up to 64 characters long. The department names are stored in the OU property of the Server object.
Specifies one or more organizations associated with the server. For example: XYZ Corporation. Each organization name can be up to 64 characters long. The organization names are stored in the O property of the Server object.
Lists the network addresses used by the server. If the server is using multiple protocols, addresses for each protocol are listed. To view all the network addresses, click the multivalue control next to the field. You can't edit this property.
Specifies the operational state of the server, such as Up or Down. The value is stored in eDirectory™ as an integer, where 1=Down and 2=Up. You can't edit this field.
Specifies the version of NetWare running on the server. You can't edit this field.
Provides one or more short descriptions of the server. Each description can be up to 1,024 characters long, including punctuation, spacing, hard returns, etc. Use the icons to the right of the field to add, delete, or modify individual entries.
