Single Valued
Allows only one value in this field. Multivalue attributes allow more than one
value, as in a membership list.
String
Indicates a string value type. To be used in naming, the attribute must be a
string type.
Synchronize Immediately
Causes eDirectory to immediately propagate
any changes in the value of this attribute to all replicas.
Public Read
Allows all objects in the tree to view the value of this attribute, regardless
of their rights.
Write Managed
Only changeable on a read/write or master replica.
Per Replica
Doesn't synchronize across replicas. Each replica has its own value for an attribute
of this type.
Sized
Available only when a sizeable syntax is selected, such as Boolean or Case
Exact String. You are prompted to set upper and lower limits. You can set
the upper limit to -1 to specify that there is no upper limit, only a lower
one.
