Name Property Book
A Property Book is a leaf object in the tree that contains a list of pages.
The pages contain information reflecting assignments for a selected object
type. Property Book objects reside only in Module containers.
The Create Property Book Wizard steps you through the creation procedure.
- Type the Property Book Name and Module in the text boxes provided, select
the Allow Multiple Object Editing check box if you want to edit multiple
objects simultaneously, then click Next.
- Select an object from the Available Object Types list to assign to the
new Property Book, then click the right-arrow. Repeat as necessary, then
click Next.
Double-clicking an object also moves it to the Assigned Object text box.
- Select a page from the Available Pages list to assign to the new Property
Book, then click the right-arrow. Repeat as necessary, then click Next.
Available pages for the new Property Book reflect the object type assignment.
Descriptions of selected Pages, if they exist, appear in the Descriptions
text box.
- Select a role from the Available Roles list to assign it to the new Property
Book, then click the right-arrow. Repeat as necessary, then click Next.
The Path displays the Full Distinguished Name of the selected role; it
cannot be edited.
- When the Summary displays the new Property Book name and status, click
Back, Finish, or Cancel.
