Modify Members

Use this page to add or remove members of a role.

IMPORTANT: Role-Based Services (RBS) in iManager grants rights based upon the Access Control List (ACL) of eDirectory™. The ACL is also called the Object Trustees property. Whenever you make a trustee assignment, the trustee is added as a value to the Object Trustees (ACL) property of the target.

ACLs grant rights to a specific object or its subordinate objects, not to general object types. For more information on eDirectory rights, see the Novell eDirectory Administration Guide.

1. In the Configure view, select Role Based Services > RBS Configuration.
2. Click the Role tab.
3. Select a role and then click Actions > Member Associations.
4. Click Add or Delete to add or remove members from a role.
5. Click OK.
