After the CAS Daemon has been created an attempt is made to communicate with it. This attempt was unsuccessful. It is possible
that the console daemon may start successfully and this error occurred due to a slow machine.
- System Action:
- If the console daemon starts the system can continue as normal. If the console daemon does not start then no regions can be
started.
- Resolution:
- Wait to see if the console daemon initializes, if it does not then check if any error messages were displayed or written to
the console.log file.
