From an
Enterprise Developer command prompt, navigate to the system directory of the primary server:
c:\HA\RED.
Type the following:
fs /d dbase.ref /f file.dat
The
file.dat file is used later in this tutorial to verify that the replication process is working correctly.
If you copied any existing data files to your system directories during the
Setting the Environment step, repeat the previous step, replacing
file.dat with the name of each file you plan to use in the group.
Tip: You can specify multiple files at once by using a wildcard. The wildcard symbol must be the last character in the filename
string. For example, the following syntax enables logging for all files in the
TRANS-DATS folder:
