Azure worker roles can be accessed by using the remote desktop whilst the instances are running. This view is used to configure
the required remote desktop information.
- Enable Remote Access checkbox
- Check this box if you want to enable remote desktop access for all the worker roles instances in deployment.
- Account User Name
- Enter a user name to access running instances using the remote desktop.
- Certificate
- Click the certificate to select a certificate for remote desktop use.
- Account Password
- Enter the password to be used for access.
- Confirm Account Password
- Enter the password to be used for access.
- This field is compared with the first password field to ensure consistency.
- Account expiration date
- Enter the date after which access will be denied.
- Setting this to short will mean that a re-deploy would be required to reset this period.
