To start Distributed Generation Server

Restriction: This topic applies only when the AppMaster Builder AddPack has been installed, and applies only to Windows platforms.
  1. Start Mainframe Access and log onto the mainframe. See Starting Mainframe Access for more information.
  2. If not already started, start the AppMaster Builder Batch Server.
  3. From the AppMaster Builder Batch Server IDE, click Options > Start Distributed Generation Server. The Start Distributed Generation Server Interface dialog box appears.
  4. Complete the fields and controls on this dialog box according to your configuration. For information on an individual field or control, see Start Distributed Generation Server Interface.
  5. Click Start.
  6. Verify that the Distributed Generation Server is running by clicking the Server Logger tab to see a listing of the settings you specified for the HTTP Interface.
