Some Mainframe Access messages are directed to system consoles as specified by the ROUTE Mainframe Access configuration parameter. Other messages are directed to the job log for the started task or to the XDBOUT file (or both). If you experience problems with Mainframe Access operation, it is important that you review the various message destinations for information that may help you diagnose the problem.
