You might not be able to access context help in the IDE on some versions of Windows such as Vista or Windows 7. This is because
these versions of Windows do not ship with the Windows Help Program (WinHlp32.exe) which is used to open context help files,
.HLP. You need to install the Windows Help Program separately -
