Enables you to configure Performance and Availability Clusters (PACs).
A Performance and Availability Cluster can be used to specify where resources, queues, and files will be stored and accessed
within a group of scale-out regions. See
Scale-Out Performance and Availability Clusters for more information.
Important: Before you start working with PACs you need to specify SORs for use in your PACs.
