Specifies the name of the user server start procedure used in a z/OS start command.

A character string with maximum length of 8 characters. The first character of the string must be alphabetic. The remaining
characters must be alphanumeric.
Additional Information
The PROCLIB concatenation must contain a member with this name in order to start user server address spaces.
