DCAS Transaction Configuration

Provides an overview of the DCAS transaction used with the Express Logon Facility (ELF).

Note: This is a technology preview feature only. It is being made available to allow you to test and provide feedback on this new capability; however, this feature is not intended for production use and it is not supported as such.

To use DCAS with the Express Logon Facility (ELF), the DCAS transaction must be defined in the Enterprise Server for .NET CICS region. You can add the transaction using the seeupgrade command, or manually by editing the ResourceDefinitions.config file. You can also configure the DCAS transaction from the Enterprise Server for .NET UI; however, not all configuration options are available from the UI.
