This register stores the date and time that the program was compiled. It can be used with a MOVE or DISPLAY statement.

DISPLAY WHEN-COMPILED [ UPON mnemonic-name ] ...
The value of WHEN-COMPILED is stored in the format "MM/DD/YY hh:mm:ss".
