If you have a question about AcuBench, or if you encounter unexpected behavior during its use, extend’s Product Support specialists are ready to assist you. Before contacting Product Support, be prepared to provide the following information:

You can display the AcuBench and ACUCOBOL-GT version information in AcuBench. From the Help menu select About AcuBench. In the information box, click the Runtime version and Compiler version buttons to display runtime and compiler version information.

You can reach extend Product Support in the United States Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific time, excluding holidays. You can also raise and manage product issues online and follow the progress of the issue or post additional information directly through the website.
