Open the AS/400 File Transfer window and choose Send.
Enter the name of the PC file you are sending. If the file type is data, you must enter a description file (FDF) in the General Settings page (choose the Settings button). If the file type is source, the description file is optional.
Enter a name for the AS/400 file or use the Browse button to locate an existing file.
Choose the name of your AS/400 system from the Host Name list.
From the General Settings page, choose an Action from the list.
Choose the Transfer button to start the file transfer.
