The printer you select either receives your print job directly or its local definition is used to format a file on your PC. You may select any local printer that is installed in Windows.
To select a printer
From the printer session Options menu, choose Settings.
-or-
From the printer session File menu, choose Print Setting.
-or-
Choose the Settings button from the toolbar.
The Settings dialog box appears.
Select the category Printer (if it is not already selected).
The Settings - Printer dialog box appears.
On the Printer property page, select Printer, then select the Printer name from the list.
NOTE:The choice of Default will make use of your currently installed default Windows printer. If you select another printer, choose the Apply button before moving on to other printer settings.
Choose OK to save your changes and close the Printer Settings dialog box.

Choose Apply if you wish to save your changes and continue to configure printer settings.
