The following File commands can be secured.
New Session
Removes the New Session command from the File menu and from the commands available on the Action page. In addition, the prompt for adding a new session during setup is also removed.
The user will not be able to create a new session when this command is secured.
Open Session
Removes the Open Session command from the File menu and from the commands available on the Action page. In addition, the prompt for opening an existing session during setup is also removed.
The user will not be able to open an existing session when this command is secured.
Open Specific Session
Removes the Open Session command from the commands available on the Action page.
Save Session
Removes the Save Session command from the File menu and from the commands available on the Action page. The user will not be able to save a session under its existing name when this command is secured.
Save Session As
Removes the Save Session As command from the File menu and from the commands available on the Action page. The user will not be able to save a session under a new name when this command is secured.
Open Layout
Removes the Open Layout command from the File menu and from the commands available on the Action page. The user will not be able to open a different layout when this command is secured.
Save Layout
Removes the Save Layout command from the File menu and from the commands available on the Action page. The user will not be able to save any changes he or she has made to the layout of their session when this command is secured.
Properties
Removes the Properties command from the File menu and from the commands available on the Action page. The user will not be able to see information about his or her session when this command is secured.
Print Settings
Removes the Print Settings command from the File menu and from the commands available on the Action page. The user will not be able to change page options when this command is secured.
Print Screen Dialog
Removes the Print Screen Dialog command from the File menu and from the commands available on the Action page. The user will not be able to change printer settings when this command is secured.
Print Screen
Removes the Print Screen command from the File menu and from the commands available on the Action page. The user will not be able to print what is on his or her screen when this command is secured.
Print Multiple Screens
Removes Print Multiple Screens from the File menu and from the commands available on the Action page. The user will not be able to print multiple screens when this command is secured.
Finish Printing
For VT sessions only. Removes the Finish Printing command from the File menu and from the commands available on the Action page.
Exit
Removes the Exit session command from the File menu and from the commands available on the Action page. The user will not be able to exit an individual session when this command is secured.
Exit Extra!
Removes the Exit Extra! command from the File menu and from the commands available on the Action page. The user will not be able to exit Extra! when this command is secured.
Session MRU
Removes the Session MRU command from the File menu. The user will not be able to see the session most recently used list when this command is secured.
