View grammars found
From the Data Analysis tab () of the data detail panel, you can view a list of grammar classes and rules found in items that have been analyzed and have had grammars extracted. For unstructured data items, you can view the content identified by the grammar; for structured data items, you can view the name of the column in which an identified grammar value was identified.
NOTE: If content has not been stored, you can see the grammar rules and values but you cannot select a rule or value to highlight it in the content panel.
View grammar rules found in unstructured data items
For unstructured data, you can highlight the content identified by the grammar values as you select grammar rules from the data analysis tab of the detail panel. The number of values next to the grammar rule name is the total number of values identified in the document and any attachments. The percentage next to the grammar value represents the calculation of the confidence level that the identified value is sensitive content.
TIP: If your data list view is a result of a search that included a keyword search, the highlight color for grammar rule identification is a different color than the highlight color used to identify found keywords in collected documents.

View grammar rules found in structured data items
For structured data items, you can see the identified grammar rules on the data analysis tab of the detail panel. The grammar section lists the identified grammar rules and the columns in which the grammar rule value was found. However, you cannot view the identified grammar value in the detail panel.
To view the identified grammar rules, select a structured data item from the data list. In the detail panel, click the data analysis tab (). For each column name in the Columns with Sensitive Data section, expand the grammar classes and types to view the grammar rules identified. Columns in which no grammars were found are listed in the Other Columns section.
