What ports are used by the application?

Are there any special considerations when operating the application on the standard platform on any public cloud hypervisor?
Yes, when on AWS (Amazon Web Services) and using a Kubernetes CNI plugin that tunnels packets for the Kubernetes pod network, including that used in the standard platform configuration.
With the release of application 25.4.0+, review your AWS server instances performing the kubernetes-server-worker-public role. Locate the AWS Source / destination check setting > Source / destination checking option and ensure that the Stop check box is selected.
