Dashboards

The Analyze dashboards provide you with a view of your enterprise information and help you to identify key trends. This includes the size of the content under management, as well as volume of sensitive data as identified by tags and entities.

Use the Analyzed Sensitive Data dashboard to review information about the analyzed sensitive data in your environment. Analyzed data consists of data for which the content has been indexed and weighted labels associated. You can review the growth of analyzed sensitive data over various time frames. See the amount of content that is flagged and how analyzed sensitive data is distributed across tag reporting groups, repositories, agent clusters, repository attributes, repository types, or file types. You can also view the entities identified in analyzed sensitive data and the workspaces that contain analyzed sensitive data.

Use the Estimated Sensitive Data dashboard to review information about the estimated sensitive data in your environment. Based on the analyzed sensitive data, File Analysis Suite estimates the amount of sensitive data across all repositories. See the estimated amount of content that would be flagged and how estimated sensitive data may be distributed across tag reporting groups, repositories, agent clusters, repository attributes, repository types, or file types.

Use the Sensitive data heat map dashboard to view the quantity of data processed from file system and SharePoint sources relative to sensitive content identified by weighted labels. You can view the heat map relative to all weighted labels and tags or select one or more weighted labels and tags. Hover over a section of the heat map to view item count details; click to drill down to that section. You also have the option to create a repository based on the section or go to Research in Analyze to view the items associated with the section.

Use the Sensitive Trend Analysis dashboard to view the volume of data tagged and that contains identified entities. You can review the identified tags and entities for one or all repositories. You can further refine your view to see tags and entities for all or one tag reporting groups within a selected repository.

Use the Data Volume Analysis dashboard to view total documents under management in a variety of contexts. You can view the growth of your data volume over time for all or select repositories. You can also view how your documents are distributed across repositories, agent clusters, repository attributes, analyze status, file types, file age, and file size.

From each dashboard, you can click through to Research to view the items related to the desired information.

  • From the Analyzed Sensitive Data and Estimated Sensitive Data dashboards, click any data segment in a chart.

  • From the Sensitive Trend Analysis dashboard, click a tag or entity name.

  • To view the criteria for the resulting document list, hover over the VIEWING CONTENT OF box above the filter panel.
