Agent activity

Connect lets you view agent activity as it affects your repositories. For each configured repository, you can see the user that initiated the task, the task type, the agent cluster the processing agent belongs to, the date and time of the activity, the number of documents processed (extracted attachments are not included in the count), the task status, and the processing status.

The user defined is either the name of the File Analysis Suite user, system, or scheduled. Tasks initiated by "system" reflect actions such as holds, hold releases, collections triggered by a hold, or exports of documents that have only been indexed or for which metadata was also processed. Tasks initiated by "scheduled" reflect updates as a result of scheduled processing of a repository.

The referenced Task Status and Processing Status columns in the agent list reflect the status of the most recent run (collection or deletion action) of the agent.

Filter activity events

Use the filter panel to refine the list of repositories associated with agent activity events. As you add criteria to the filter, the list of repositories dynamically updates. The criteria you specifically select are shown at the top of the filter panel. Click the remove icon next to the selected criterion to remove it from the filter. Click the clear all icon (clear filter) to remove all of the selected criteria and return to the full list of repositories.

If you make no selections in the filter panel, all activity events for all repositories are returned. When you select filter criteria, the repository list is limited based only on what is selected. When multiple selections are made within a single filter category (agent Status, Repository Type, and so on), the item can match any of the criteria in that category. When selections are made across multiple filter categories, the repository must match all the categories selected.
