Authorizing the Agents

1. In the Admin Client, click the Home tab.
2. Click Agents.
3. Select a listed server.
4. Click Authorize.
5. When you are asked if you want to authorize the selected event monitor, click Yes.
6. When the Results page appears, click Close.
7. Repeat Steps 3-6 for all File System Agents and Phoenix Agents.
