SQL Server Post Configuration

Review the following and make any necessary adjustments to your SQL database settings before installing and configuring the CEDM Engine:

• Ensure that the SQL Server service is listening via TCP/IPv4, which is required for Engine access.

• Ensure that the instance of SQL Server you just installed and configured is listening on TCP port 1433 (some editions of SQL Server do not enable TCP/IP by default).

• Update any necessary firewall rules.
