19.10 Unable to login to Filr WebClient.

Problem: The user is unable to log in to the Filr web client. An error message “Filr requires that you use the domain name to log in” is displayed.

Following are the possible reasons for this issue:

  • Incorrect configuration in firewall/proxy

  • HTTP Only flag blocked at the firewall.

  • Cookie mangling is enabled in NAM (Novell Access Manager)
